For any return, it is absolutely necessary to contact us before via email at info@greenwish-store.com to explain us your case.
Only brand new items in their original packaging will be accepted back.
Damaged, dirtied or washed sent back items will not be accepted.
We recommend you to send back the goods with follow-up post and if necessary to subscribe to an insurance with the forwarder for the amount of the sent goods.
For any returned package, you must send it back by post or any other forwarder of your choice to:
